When a debtor skips town, Chili tracks him to Los Angeles. While there, he discovers the magical, cynical world of Hollywood film production.
The sequel introduces a memorable cast of characters, including a pimp named Raji who has a chip on his shoulder the size of the Hollywood Bowl and a large, gay Samoan bodyguard named Elliot. A young, talented singer named Linda Moon becomes Chili’s ticket back to relevance, though managing her puts him in conflict with Raji and other colorful antagonists.
Chili is a loan shark operating out of Miami, working for a small-time mob boss. He is bored, efficient, and looking for a change of pace.
