Launch HWK UFS software. If still not detected, change the COM port as described in Issue C (Part 5).
This error points to a communication failure between the UFS firmware and the HWK module itself.
The HWK UFS USB driver is the essential software that enabled Windows to communicate with this connected box. Without a properly installed driver, the computer could not recognize or interact with the UFS/HWK device.
Acquire a trusted driver package. The most stable releases are bundled within the (versions 2.0.8, 2.1.0, or 2.3.0).
