Approach A: Unblocking via the YouTube Studio Dashboard (For Creators)

Note: Most standard "Block user" actions from the main YouTube site will not appear in YouTube Studio. You still need to use the "Settings" method from Method 1.

In the pop-up window, click the Community tab.

Click the next to their username to remove them from the block list. Click Save in the bottom right corner to apply the changes.
