Download and install the official LG Mobile Driver package on your Windows PC so the computer recognizes the phone in download mode.

Run the application as an Administrator on your PC. Set the Type option to 3GQCT . Set the PhoneMode option to DIAG or EMERGENCY .
Boot back into recovery mode and perform a full factory reset/wipe cache. This clears conflicting leftover data.
Launch the LG Flash Tool. Select Type: 3GQCT and PhoneMode: DIAG . Select your downloaded .kdz file. Click , then click Upgrade Start .
